We accept your order online or via
fax/telephone at 1-866-PC-CHEAP or 1-714-429-0155, or order through E-Mail

sales@cheapcomputer.com. Unlike competitors that build in the garage, we
actually have an office & config center. We have locations in Albuquerque,
NM and Costa Mesa, CA. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9AM to 6PM,
Pacific Standard Time. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express, cashiers check/money orders, and personal checks (personal checks
require time to clear). Sorry, no international deliveries. Orders will be
shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt and verification of funds. We
will notify you of any delay to normal shipping times. Orders are sent
ground shipping including insurance unless otherwise stated. If you need
your system faster just contact us to discuss shipping costs.
Returns
In addition to our standard one-year
warranty, Cheap Computer.com also offers a 15-day return policy on all
purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with our computers and other
equipment, return it within 15 days of invoice for a refund of the sale
amount (less 15% restocking plus any shipping charges). Contact our support
department for an RMA # (we will need your invoice number and item
description). All returned merchandise must include an RMA # and original
packaging, manuals and accessories. Absolutely no refunds on software
purchases.
Cheap Computer.com’s Warranty
Cheap Computer.com warrants that the
hardware products it manufactures, excluding software, documentation and
similar items, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The
warranty term for parts and labor is one year. Additional service contract
extensions are available. We offer phone technical support for the original
purchaser for the lifetime of the product.
Damage due to shipping the products to
you is covered under this warranty. Otherwise, this warranty does not cover
damage due to external causes, including damage caused during return
shipment, accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, natural
disaster, servicing not authorized by Cheap Computer.com, usage not in
accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive
maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied
by Cheap Computer.com.
During the warranty period, Cheap
Computer.com. will repair or replace products returned to Cheap
Computer.com's facility free of charge for labor and parts for the term of
the warranty. To request warranty service, you must contact Cheap
Computer.com within the warranty period. If warranty service is required,
Cheap Computer.com will issue an RMA #. You must ship the products back to
Cheap Computer.com in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay
shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or
damage during shipment. Cheap Computer.com will ship the repaired or
replacement products to you freight prepaid if you use an address in the
U.S. Cheap Computer.com. uses, at it's sole discretion, new and
reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty
repairs and building replacement products.
Under no circumstances shall Cheap
Computer.com be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to
special, incidental, consequential and other similar claims whether based
upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, absolute or strict
liability, or any other similar theories. Such excluded damages include but
are not limited to: loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of
use of the hardware system, loss of use of related equipment, cost of
substitute or replacement equipment, “down-time,” purchaser’s time, injury
to property, and all claims of third parties.
How To Request Repairs:

or call 1-866-PC-CHEAP or 1-714-429-0155. We will need your original invoice
number and item description when you call.
Parts and Items purchased separately.
If you receive something from us DOA, we will have you send it back to us
and send you a new one at our cost. You must call within the 15-day warranty
period. Cheap Computer.com will issue an RMA #. You must ship the products
back to Cheap Computer.com in original packaging. However, if the hardware
returned to us functions properly then you are responsible for the return
shipping fee. For any defective problems on all external peripherals after
15 days from the invoice date, the customer must contact the manufacturer
directly for warranty replacement or repair. |
